X2Crni19-11 3/4 Hard slitting coils, JIS SUS 304L 1/2 Hard slitting coils, ASME SA240 SS 304L 1/2 Hard slitting coil, EN 58E 1/2 Hard slitting coil, BS 304S11 Full Hard slitting coils, 1.4306 Half Hard slitting coils, ASTM A240 SS 304L Quarter Hard slitting coil, UNS S30403 2B Finish Stri.
X2Crni19-11 3/4 Hard slitting coils are a low-carbon variant of the widely used 304 family austenitic steel, precision-engineered slitting coils to address the challenges related to welding and high-heat adapted surroundings. JIS SUS 304L 1/2 Hard slitting coils can exhibit good properties when exposed to high temperatures and welding environments. Standard grade 304 stainless steel can show carbide precipitation at grain boundaries; the process is known as sensitization. In this process, chromium depletes at grain boundaries, making the grade susceptible to intergranular corrosion, usually in heat-intense environments. EN 58E 1/2 Hard slitting coil directly address such susceptibility thanks to the reduction in carbon content to 0.03% or even lower, as compared to 0.08% in other 304-grade stainless steel, thereby creating a significant impact against the risk of carbide precipitation. ASTM A240 SS 304L Quarter Hard slitting coil can be an excellent choice for applications that involve thick section welding, or cases where post-annealing and heat treatment become impractical for execution. UNS S30403 2B Finish Strip are super cost-effective solutions and retain an excellent full weld structure even after extensive fabrication work.
Beyond the advantages of welding, BS 304S11 Full Hard slitting coils also retain high mechanical and chemical properties that result in high and trusted demand across businesses and customers even in modern manufacturing. 1.4306 Half Hard slitting coils are the perfect solution – excellent formability, good strength, and reliable resistance to oxidative environments, with exceptional corrosion resistance in a wide range of environments.
Abhay Steels understands that slitting coils on the basis of width and dimensions are both an art and a science. Hence, we use advanced tools and engineering with high accuracy of rotary shear technology, empowering the production of master coils into narrow strips or custom widths with tight tolerance to meet rigorous industry standards.
