JIS SUS 410 Stainless Steel Sheets

JIS SUS 410 Stainless Steel Sheets are general-purpose martenstic stainless containing 11.5% chromium, which provide good corrosion resistance properties. However, the corrosion resistance of grade SUS410 steels can be further enhanced by a series of Processes such as hardening, tempering and plishing. AISI 410 Stainless Steel Sheets

AISI 410 is martensitic stainless steel sheets grade. AISI 410 Stainless Steel Sheets has 11.5% chromium, which provide good corrosion resistance properties. However, the corrosion resistance of grade 410 steels can be further enhanced by a series of processes such as hardening, tempering and polishing.

Stainless Steel Sheet 410

SS 410 stainless steel sheet is resistant to atmospheric conditions, chemicals, and water. It can be used in the atmosphere that is containing a weak or diluted acetic acid, sulfuric acid, and nitric acid. The alloy is resistant to the foods containing acids. 410 SS can be used in the de-aerated water or chlorinated water. It works very well in gas and an oil application wherein de-aerated and low hydrogen sulfide exists. The alloy is fully prone to the chloride attack, especially in the oxidizing atmosphere. This alloy is resisting oxidation to temperature 700 Deg C consistently and to 816 Deg C on the intermittent basis.
